HangarSlot is built and supported by a working pilot, instructor and examiner. Write to us and a person answers, usually within one business day.
Please say which hangar and aircraft (tail number) it's about, and whether you're on iPhone or iPad. Never send passwords or certificate numbers by email.
Common questions
- Joining a hangar: ask its owner or an admin to invite you by email, then sign in with that email in the HangarSlot app.
- Plans and billing: owners and admins see the hangar's plan in More › Plan & billing. Subscriptions bought in the app are managed in your Apple account settings, where you can cancel any time.
- Your records: they're always yours. Any aircraft's records can be exported from Records, paid plan or not.
